Описание: Довольно редкий и нехарактерный фильм для плодовитого Кормана посвящен хипповским настроениям 60-х, в которых пропагандировались легкие наркотики типа ЛСД. Но автор в начале фильма предупреждает об опасности пути, на который встают главные герои. В фильме много удачных красочных галлюциногенных снов. Невероятный состав исполнителей, как и в большинстве фильмов Роджера Кормана: Peter Fonda, Bruce Dern, Salle Sachse, Dennis Hopper, Susan Strasberg, Dick Miller, Luana Anders, Peter Bogdanovich, сценарий Джека Николсона, хипповые спецэффекты. Питер Фонда играет режиссера-рекламщика, переживающего развод и решающего забыться в наркотическом бреду. Все его переживания сняты весьма скрупулезно под звуки чумового саундтрека. В то время галлюциногены были в новинку, и авторы фильма этим воспользовались.
